Delete your Dispatcher City account

You can permanently delete your Dispatcher City account from the mobile app or the web cabinet.

Delete in the mobile app

1. Sign in.
2. Open Account.
3. Under Account deletion, tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

Delete in the web cabinet

1. Sign in to the private cabinet.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account deletion, confirm the acknowledgement and choose Delete account.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the live account, sign-in identities and sessions, saved searches and criteria, property evaluations and decisions, device registrations and push tokens, notifications, delivery records, and linked agent access. If Sign in with Apple is connected, Dispatcher City revokes that authorization before deleting the account.

What is retained

A minimal deletion record containing opaque request and account identifiers, provider revocation names, status, and timestamps is retained for security and accountability. It contains no email address, provider subject, search criteria, decision history, device token, or notification content. Automated encrypted production backups rotate after seven days. Restricted disaster-recovery archives are not used for normal processing.
